My classes are designed to create a welcoming and nurturing space for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced yogis.
I emphasize the importance of breath, mindfulness, and self-compassion in every session.

MY YOGA STYLE
- My teaching blends the wisdom of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga.
- I have a strong focus on alignment, posture, and the meditative aspects of the practice.
- Expect a harmonious flow of asanas, pranayama, and meditation
- My class will help you find balance, strength, and inner peace.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Each class will have a different theme and area that we will be focusing on.
This will give us a different feel each week, but a common thread.
Classes will also reflect and flow with the elements of the earth.
We’ll work with the phases of the moon, winter solstice and other different phenomenon that surrounds us.

WHY F*CK IT YOGA?
Our lives are busier than ever. Agendas are full, very full. We are bombarded by new information 24/7 and it can be extremely challenging to let go, be, and focus on the things that are really important to us.
Yoga is an incredibly powerful tool to help us release stress and tension but it can be intimidating, especially at the beginning. It can be challenging to get from a stressed state to a relaxed version of ourselves. So that’s where F*ck It! Yoga comes in, as it provides you with a safe space to let go in fun and creative way.

- You want to have the opportunity to explore yoga in a safe and healthy way.
