Handstand Foundations Course

Handstand Foundations Course teaches you the basics of how to train your body to do a handstand in a fun and engaging environment. We help and guide you every step of the way until you can confidently do it on your own!

Handstands + Coffee

Handstands+Coffee is our beloved class that instills a slower pace, fosters an appreciation for details, and enhances grace and precision along with a nice cup of coffee to boost your mind and body. 

Teens Class

Empowering teens with positive experiences by fostering a healthy relationship with their body’s capabilities.

Fueling their potential, celebrating their unique workout routine,  enhancing their strengths, and building confidence, based on their unique body and goals.

Drop-In Timetable

Straight Arm Strong

Our specialized class for the 35+ group focuses on harnessing the power of hanging ring exercises to target your core, arms, and shoulders.
