Andy is the Founder of The Movement Studio. His passion for helping people be who they are at their best is based on his understanding of Human needs and human movement. Movement and community is in his heart.
Atene
Yoga + Movement Coach
A 200hr satsang yoga teacher with experience teaching strength, conditioning and mobility, Atene is a poised coach who brings a balance of strength and calm. She has a particularly special skill in working with our mature clients.
David
Coach - Massage Therapist
David has over a decade experience in fitness, covering personal coaching and group coaching of all ages and abilities. David is also a Level 5 Massage Therapist and practices Musculoskeletal Alignment Techniques.
Keri
Movement/Mobility/Somatics Coach
With over 25 years experience of teaching and studying movement, Keri’s passion is helping people find the subtle connections through effortless movement whilst living in a pain free body.. “movement is medicine and it should feel easy.
Lindy
Yoga Teacher
Gerlinde Halmer or Lindy as many call her is a yoga teacher, graphic designer and cat lover. She created F*ck It! Yoga because life gets messy and she wants to help you, to find your way back to your true self, to your center, to the place where you find clarity so you can live your life with ease and joy.
Martina Dunne
Pre and Post Natal Coach
I specialise as a Pregnancy coach, helping you to stay training during pregnancy, minimise aches and pains

Pelvic floor troubleshooting current issues and bulletproofing your pelvic floor for menopause.
Richie
Studio Manager, S+C Coach
The friendly face of The Movement Studio, Richie is our Strength+Conditioning coach, and the one who makes everyone feel at home. Richie makes sure the studio runs smoothly, and when he is not doing that, you’ll find him doing jiu-jitsu.
Vincent
Handstands/Movement Coach
Vincent is our Handstand+Movement Coach. With an extensive background in movement arts, he is one of the world’s best coaches at deconstructing patterns, and building people up.
