Our Coaching Framework has a starting point for each movement, and gradual logical progressions. So we start where it’s functional, and build whatever attributes or expressions of your ability you need or want.

Our coaches have more than 40 years combined experience, and have all specialised in Strength, Mobility/Flexibility, Fitness/Conditioning and Human Movement. We have spent so long on each, in order to give you the best blend of each

Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all. We don’t believe in contracts because people’s lives change. They changes jobs, move house etc – 28 Days of Movement has no obligation for you to join after. If you do sign up, our memberships are billed every 4th week with just an 8 week commitment and only 2 weeks notice if you need to leave. Simple. Human.

Our passion is literally to make training an accessible part of people’s lives and to show people how enjoyable staying in shape can and should be. If you find gyms intimidating you’ll see how we have chosen to make ours somewhere you’ll genuinely look forward to. If you’re worried the workouts will be too tough for you, don’t be. You’re the exact type of person we have helped for over 10 years in Terenure. The Movement Studio’s foundation is in meeting people where they’re at, and building people upwards, from a humble and realistic starting point.

No! Not at all. We have over 55 classes each week. Handstands+Coffee is something a portion of our members enjoy, and a large portion of our members don’t go near. Those classes are Tuesdays and Saturdays, and there are other class options those days as well! We have no expectation or agenda for you to do handstands.

Absolutely. We need to get to know a little about you before you start, so we can guide you specific to your needs. This is typically a Phone Chat, as most of our time the studio is busy with classes. If you’d much rather see the studio in person we can book a time in for that though.

It’s better than both! Small Group Personal Training is 1 Coach to 8 Members. Over 10 years experience, we have found this to be ideal as a price point for sustainable training, getting the absolute best attention, expertise and guidance personally from your coach. Also, the X-Factor nobody gives enough credit to: the group energy, support and encouragement from a small group. A fraction of the cost of One-to-One with coaches who cover way more than most PT’s would even think of.

You don’t, BUT… Monday, Wednesday and Friday are the main days of our program for strength, fitness and mobility. We typically recommend these classes to most people.Our timetable is fully flexible. We have our own App for you to easily book your classes each week. You can change the times you train if your schedule dictates. We make it as easy as possible to fit into your life.

The 28 Days of Movement just starts from the date of your first class. So you can purchase it now, and start next Monday, for example. A quick reminder that we require a quick phone consultation before you start, as getting to know you is our priority.
